This has to be one of my favourite assignments so I thought I’d post it here as well. Over a week or so in December of 2017, I toured a couple of the publicly accessible locations used in Toronto on the Hulu TV series “The Handmaid’s Tale”, based on the novel of the same name by esteemed Canadian writer Margaret Atwood. In case it’s not clear, it’s also one of my favourite programmes on TV right now, with perhaps one of the best and most complex characters (and villains) also on TV right now, Serena Joy Waterford. (Don’t even get me started!)
