the cove, scarborough, 2018

one of the most popular surf spots around toronto, i took my dog out for a walk and ended up standing on the rocky shoreline, snapping photo after photo of all the guys (and one girl) out there shredding up the lake.

maybe one of these days i’ll take my board down and give it a shot, although, let’s be real. i need smaller, less messy waves. i’m not that great (and i no longer have my 7’9 mini mal. i’ve just got my 6’6 quadfish). for the near future, i’ll just take photos of people doing what i wish i could do instead. :)
